Are you asking what it is so you can try crafting it manually? I've opened every chest in the game aside from the Peg Leg mission related ones. I read that to manually craft it it's tailor level 2 and beeswax but that hasn't worked.
User Info: OfDestiny. I know how to make it, and my artisan is at the correct level, all it takes is the tailor at a level 3 which mine is, and beeswax. When I craft it still only creates Candles. I don't know I just checked and i see it alright in my crafting list. Maybe there is a chest you left unlocked somewhere? You can also buy it without crafting but I guess you also need the recipe for that to be available.
